Las Fallas de Valencia, declaradas Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la Unesco

La Unesco ha declarado Las Fallas de Valencia han sido declaradas Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad. Se ha aprobado la protección de las Fallas valencianas como bien inmaterial entre otras celebraciones, cantos, ritos y conocimientos tradicionales.

Las Fallas convierten la ciudad de Valencia en el mes de marzo en un museo de arte temporal que celebra la llegada de la primavera. Según la Unesco, esta festividad refuerza la cohesión social y favorece la creatividad colectiva. Además del reconocimiento, un impulso para el turismo de la ciudad y la economía de todos los sectores implicados en ella.
