Fallece el escultor Francisco López

El escultor Francisco López Hernández, perteneciente al grupo conocido como 'Realistas de Madrid', ha fallecido este domingo a los 85 años en su ciudad natal, Madrid, según ha informado el Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza.

Es uno de los protagonistas de la exposición 'Realistas de Madrid' que se pudo ver entre febrero y mayo del pasado año en este museo. Su singularidad se sustanciaba a través de su dibujo incomparable o mediante la manera de conseguir cambiar el sentido del espacio y del tiempo. Francisco López formaba parte junto a su mujer, la pintora Isabel Quintanilla, al grupo histórico y generacional de pintores y escultores que vivieron y trabajaron en Madrid desde la década de 1950.
